Jerry Rasberry
Operations Director
Jerry has been with Commercial Trade Source for 10 years and brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the team. Prior to joining CTS, he retired from the United States Army after 21 years of service, where he developed strong leadership skills and a deep commitment to excellence. Jerry is originally from Gatesville, Texas, and holds an associate degree from Columbia Southern University.
Outside of work, Jerry is an avid sports fan who enjoys cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Texas Longhorns, and the Indianapolis Colts. He values time spent with family and friends and believes in making the most of every moment.

Greg has been employed with Commercial Trade Source since 2010 and brings 20 years of experience working with skilled tradespeople and contractors. His focus is on identifying the strengths and challenges of each individual and aligning them with the best job opportunities available. This approach helps build strong teams and contributes to successful project outcomes.
Greg is a proud graduate of Purdue University, where he earned a degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. His education, combined with his hands‑on experience, has provided him with a strong foundation in leadership and workforce development.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys playing golf, skiing, spending time outdoors, and being with friends and family. Golf is a big part of his life—even if he’s the first to admit he’s not a great golfer

Dawn has been with CTS for 15 years. She started as a receptionist and worked her way up to Human Resources. She thrives in fast-paced environments, loves supporting both the company and its employees, and brings extensive administrative experience in construction and legal.
Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, spoiling her nieces and nephews, and hanging out with her dog.

Connie has been with Commercial Trade Source for 13 and a half years and is a strong believer that clear communication is key when working with partner contractors. She brings a high level of care and dedication to her role, consistently striving to go above and beyond to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and done the right way.
A graduate of Howe High School, Connie spent much of her life on the east side of Indianapolis before recently moving to New Palestine. She has more than 25 years of experience in sales, including roles in real estate and internet car sales, where she developed a strong appreciation for building lasting relationships and providing exceptional service.
Outside of work, Connie enjoys spending time with her family, especially her three‑year‑old grandson. She’s a warm‑weather fan who loves relaxing by the pool with family and friends during the summer months and prefers to hibernate a bit when winter arrives. Connie also has a strong interest in technology and considers herself very tech‑savvy

Harry Bean
Safety Director
Harry has been with Commercial Trade Source for 12 years and holds federal certifications to provide training on approximately 18 safety topics, including machine operation. Safety and proper training are central to everything he does, and he takes great pride in ensuring workers are prepared, protected, and informed on the job.
Born in Clarksville, Indiana, Harry spent much of his childhood in Ocala, Clearwater/St. Petersburg, and Fort Myers, Florida. He relocated to Indianapolis at the age of 12, the same summer he began working as a construction laborer in his father’s general contracting business. That early hands‑on experience sparked his long‑standing passion for the trades and for workplace safety.
Outside of work, Harry enjoys spending time with his family and focuses on several entrepreneurial ventures. He has been a DJ for over 25 years and is involved in a crypto mining and day trading business, a cerakote and gunsmithing business, and an Amazon liquidation business. He also enjoys camping and spending warm‑weather days outdoors and is currently restoring a Volkswagen camper van for future adventures.

Rich Bruchac is a senior staffing executive at Commercial Trade Source, bringing over twenty years of experience in staffing and more than a decade leading construction workforce solutions. He has driven multi-state sales, built and scaled high-performing sales and recruiting teams, and managed high-value client portfolios supporting complex projects.
Known for a results-driven, strategic approach, Rich combines sales leadership with workforce planning and talent deployment. His relationship-focused style, clear communication, and operational discipline enable him to partner with contractors to deliver skilled trades staffing that drives revenue, productivity, and long-term growth.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, I enjoy attending live sporting events.

Trevor has been with Commercial Trade Source for four years and values being part of a team that operates like a family. Originally from Lafayette, Indiana, he retired from the United States Army after years of service, where he developed discipline, leadership skills, and a strong appreciation for teamwork.
Outside of work, Trevor enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as golfing and fishing. He finds that being outdoors is his favorite way to relax, recharge, and maintain balance.

Jennifer joined Commercial Trade Source about nine months ago to lead the Business Development team across Florida. She is an excellent communicator and problem solver with a solutions-focused approach to construction staffing and long-term partnership building.
She began her staffing career in South Carolina and later relocated to Florida, bringing experience that shapes how she leads and supports both clients and internal teams. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys yoga, caring for her plants, and spending time with her family, including her cats. She recently began practicing martial arts and is proud to hold a green belt.

Angie has been with Commercial Trade Source for just over four years and brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting to the team. Known for her strong attention to detail, she approaches every task—large or small—with a sense of ownership and personal accountability. This mindset drives her to consistently deliver accurate, high‑quality work she is proud of.
A lifelong resident of Indianapolis, Angie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, where she graduated magna cum laude, as well as an associate degree in Accounting from Ivy Tech, graduating cum laude. Her career spans decades of accounting experience across multiple industries, providing her with a well‑rounded and dependable skill set.
Outside of work, Angie enjoys HIIT boxing and has trained four to five days a week for the past two years. She is also an avid reader and values time spent relaxing with a good book.

Chelsea has been with Commercial Trade Source for 10 years. She began her career with CTS as the receptionist and has been a member of the Business Development team for the past seven years. She takes pride in caring about every project and approaches each phone call and request with urgency, ensuring clients receive timely, attentive, and high‑quality service.
A lifelong resident of the south side of Indianapolis, Chelsea brings an extensive background in administrative work, which has helped her develop strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys playing guitar and cooking for family and friends. Music and good food are two of her favorite ways to relax and connect with the people she cares about.

Cheryl Benash

Cheryl has been with Commercial Trade Source for nine years, working in the Administration Department, where she provides essential support to daily operations. Her responsibilities include coordinating travel arrangements for all CTS employees, serving as a notary, and handling a wide range of administrative duties. Cheryl brings a strong background in logistics and organization to her role, supported by more than five years of experience in the travel industry and 15 years in the cable industry prior to joining CTS.
Originally from Fostoria, Ohio, Cheryl relocated to Seymour, Indiana after getting married and welcoming her daughter. She spent more than 20 years there helping care for her grandparents’ family farm. Following their passing, the farm was sold, and Cheryl has since made Indianapolis her home for over 15 years.
Outside of work, Cheryl is married and the proud owner of two boxer dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family and especially loves supporting her grandson at his school and sporting events.

Cory has worked with Commercial Trade Source for 15 years, including the past two years in a full‑time role. He supports a wide range of technology needs across the organization and is known for his hands‑on approach—if it plugs in, he works on it. Cory enjoys staying current with new technology and takes pride in finding practical solutions that keep systems and teams running smoothly.
Outside of work, Cory enjoys learning about new technology, playing video games, driving cars, and spending time with his family.

Emmanuel has been part of the CTS team for a year and a half, during which he has continued to grow his skills and build strong relationships. He holds an associate degree and is originally from Tampa, Florida. His background has helped him develop strong people skills and a thoughtful, problem‑solving approach.
Outside of work, Emmanuel enjoys spending time with his two dogs and attending car shows. Anything that allows him to unwind, enjoy good company, and appreciate great engines is time well spent.

Gina has been with Commercial Trade Source since the end of September 2025. She is highly relationship‑driven and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. She excels at aligning the right individuals with the right opportunities by building trust and fostering strong, long‑term relationships.
Originally from Hershey, Pennsylvania, Gina earned her bachelor’s degree in Art with a concentration in Dance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Prior to COVID in 2020, she built her career in dance, performing and teaching professionally in jazz, hip hop, gymnastics, and ballet. She later transitioned into recruiting and business development, where she continues to apply her people‑focused background.
In her free time, Gina enjoys spending time with her three boy cats and unwinding at home.

Gregory Richter has been with CTS since May 2019. He is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Biology. Originally from New Vernon, New Jersey, Gregory started riding horses at the age of six and went on to compete as part of the Junior National USA Pentathlon Team. He has also completed four mini-Ironman events.
Gregory’s hobbies include swimming, golf, tennis, cycling, and construction projects. His greatest strengths are listening and problem-solving, which he brings to every interaction and project.

Holly has been with CTS for almost three years and truly believes there is no family quite like the CTS work family. She takes great pride in both her work and the people she works with, consistently going above and beyond to ensure everything is done the right way. Building strong relationships with clients is especially important to her, and she enjoys getting to know the people CTS partners with.
Originally from Hillsdale, Michigan, Holly has always worked in the administrative field, taking on multiple roles throughout her career. This experience has strengthened her adaptability and reinforced the importance of teamwork.
Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with her family and their dogs. In the spring and summer, she can often be found outdoors enjoying barbecues. She also has a love for country music and enjoys singing whenever she gets the chance.

Over the years, I’ve held key leadership roles that shaped my expertise and passion for workforce development. I spent 13 years with Tradesmen, where I gained deep insight into the skilled labor market. Later, I served as HR Manager for Dilling Group for four years, focusing on talent management and organizational growth. My journey continued as Vice President of Flexforce Staffing for six years, where I drove strategic staffing initiatives nationwide. Additionally, I owned and operated United Industrial Trades for three years, giving me firsthand experience in entrepreneurship and business leadership.
Today, I leverage this extensive background to connect talented professionals with opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations. My approach combines industry knowledge, relationship-building, and a commitment to excellence.

My journey started in a small town in Germany, where I completed my early education before moving to Indiana to finish high school. This experience gave me a unique perspective and adaptability that I carry into my work today.
Outside of work, I’m an avid reader and passionate baker. Reading is my escape—I average between 400 and 500 books a year (yes, really!). Baking is my go-to for relaxation and creativity, whether it’s trying new recipes or perfecting old favorites.
